These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products through the FroebelUSA.com website and/or other means from Red Hen LLC d/b/a Froebel USA via telephone or mail order. Froebel USA/Red Hen LLC is allowing you to purchase our products as long as you abide by our terms, conditions and policies. Any order placed electronically through this website or by any other means indicates your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Order Security
All personal information entered in the order process will be encrypted on our secure server, which means that all your personal information is protected. If at any time you would like to verify this information, you should see the lock icon in the lower right corner of your browser screen. Customers accessing the internet through MSN or AOL may sometimes not be able to see the security icon, but please be assured it is there. FroebelUSA.com (Red Hen LLC) has taken every precaution to ensure that transactions will be safe and your privacy protected. Our e-commerce software complies with PCI standards. When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
Since we process orders throughout the day, you should expect your credit/debit card to be processed immediately. After submitting your order, your credit card information is authorized via an encrypted secure communication with your bank. Once we have verified that your order can be shipped complete, we process the charge and capture the funds, usually within 24 hours. For your protection (and ours), your credit card information is not stored by us in any way and we have limited means of interacting with the charge once your order had been placed.
Sales Tax Information
We are required by law to charge sales tax of 6% for all orders shipped within Michigan. If your order is shipped outside of Michigan, you will not be charged sales tax..
Order Status
After placing an order at FroebelUSA.com, you can check the status of your order by logging into Your Account. Upon log in, you can view your account history, which outlines all orders placed at our store. Your order status will go through the following stages as it is prepared for shipment: Pending: Your order and credit card are being processed. Processing: Your order is being picked and prepared for shipment. Shipped: Your order has been shipped and tracking information will appear with your order details. You will also receive a shipment email with this information.
Order Emails
To ensure we can send you the necessary Order Emails after you place an order, please add orders@froebelusa.com to your address book and/or change settings on SPAM blocking software to allow emails from orders@froebelusa.com. We will e-mail you first and make phone calls only after we have not had an e-mail response within 72 hours.
After placing an order at FroebelUSA.com, you will receive an order confirmation email that lists the items ordered, shipping address and order total. You can review your order details by logging into your Froebel USA account. If there are any problems with your order at this time, please contact Froebel USA at orders@froebelusa.com so any adjustments can be made.
We will send you an email when your order has been shipped. This email will list the shipping method and date of shipment. You will usually receive tracking information directly from the carrier (e.g. UPS, USPS, or FedEx). You can use the carrier information and tracking number provided in both the shipment email and in Your Account to track your package at the following:

If you do not receive an order confirmation email after placing an order, please check your email filter and/or spam blocker settings. If your inbox uses an email filter or spam blocker, please add orders@froebelusa.com to your address book, to ensure you will receive future emails regarding your order.
Out of Stock Items
Whe sometimes run out of popular items. When an item is out of stock, it will still appear on the website, but will be marked "out of stock" but will not be available for immediate shipment.
Backordered Items
Inventory levels are updated by hand at Froebel USA as we process orders. While Froebel USA tries to avoid being out of stock, there are times when item may be on backorder. If an item you purchased is on backorder, we will contact you immediately by email to apprise you of the situation. At this time, you can decide how to handle the backorder. If multiple items have been purchased, some of which are available while others are on backorder, we'll contact you about shipping in-stock items immediately and backorder items as they become available.
Order Cancellations
We maintain inventory of all of our products. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We do not want to send you unwanted items but we often ship orders within hours of receiving them . Please e-mail us at orders@froebelusa.com immediately after placing an unwanted order. You can always return an unwanted order by following our return instructions.
Return Policy
Froebel USA offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on all toys. If not satisfied with an item(s), customers may return the purchased product(s) for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, providing the item has not been played with and is in its original box. If a product has been opened, rendering the item unsaleable, Froebel USA reserves the right to contest the return. To receive a refund, please include a note explaining why the item is being returned, and include name, shipping address, and phone number, along with the original receipt, with the returned item(s). Defective items may be returned for a replacement, and if that is not acceptable, a full refund, within 30 days. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number and instructions for shipment back to us. If the manufacturer is at fault for the defect, Froebel USA will assume the return shipping charges.
WARNING: Returning a product to Froebel USA that was not purchased from us is illegal, and all remedies available to FroebelUSA.com (Red Hen LLC) will be taken immediately. Please mail all returns or send defective items to:

If you commence any legal proceedings of any kind against us you must do so in Ottawa County, Michigan, Grand Rapids, Michigan or the Western District of Michigan, as applicable. You agree to waive any objection to venue or argument for inconvenient forum. Michigan law exclusively governs these Terms and Conditions, and the sale of our product to you.
